Terms of Service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Ministry Planner, provided by Ministry Planner (operator details to be confirmed before publication). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a church, you confirm you can bind that church.
1. The service
Ministry Planner is software for church planning, scheduling, people management and child check-in. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us promptly if you think your account is compromised. The church is responsible for who it gives access to and for the roles it assigns.
3. Church responsibilities
- Enter only information the church is entitled to collect, and tell people how it is used (see the Collection notice).
- Meet its own legal duties, including child safety, working-with-children checks and privacy law. Ministry Planner is a tool, not a substitute.
- Make sure messages sent through the service comply with spam and consent rules.
4. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attempt to access other churches' data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware, or use the service to harass or harm others.
5. Your data
The church owns its data. We hold and process it under our Privacy Policy. The church can export its people records at any time, can ask us for a copy of its other data, and can ask for deletion when it ends its use of the service.
6. Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may cause short outages.
7. Fees
Where fees apply, they are set out on the Pricing page or in your agreement with us.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end use of the service. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept it.
